Payments

Payment arrangements will be discussed and confirmed before the service is completed. We recommend that customers do not transfer money to unofficial accounts or unverified contacts.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the notice period, vehicle allocation, and arrangements already made.

Wildlife and Safety

Udawalawe National Park is a natural environment, and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. We do not accept responsibility for animal behaviour, weather conditions, road conditions, or other natural factors beyond our control.

Tour Conduct

Guests are expected to respect park rules, local customs, vehicle safety instructions, and the environment. We reserve the right to suspend or modify a safari if safety or conditions require it.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked, and we do not accept responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from travel delays, cancellation, or environmental factors.
